Book Your Hotel Room
A discounted rate of $209 per night has been secured for OR Manager Conference participants at Caesars Palace. Reservations can be made online or by calling Caesars directly at +1-866-2279-5944 and referencing the OR Manager Conference or by using group code SCORM6.

The deadline to secure the discounted hotel rate is Thursday, August 16, 2016 or until the hotel sells out so reserve your room early!

Choose Your Sessions in Advance!
With so much action in three days, OR Manager wants to help you make the most of it. The new Agenda Planner allows you to “favorite” sessions and exhibitors to create a personalized agenda for the Conference. The sessions you choose will be printed on the back of your conference badge and accessible online so you can stay organized and make the most of your trip to the OR Manager Conference.

Conference Handouts
Value Package Registrations: includes online access to the workshop and breakout session presentations and handouts. A personalized login to access the digital handouts will be emailed to you prior to the conference. In addition, participants will receive a USB (thumb/flash drive) at Material Handout after you pick up your badge at Registration. The USB will contain handouts for the breakout sessions. Printed handouts for the workshops will be provided in each session room on Wednesday.

Conference Only Registrations: includes online access to the breakout session presentations and handouts. A personalized login to access the digital handouts will be emailed to you prior to the conference. In addition, participants will receive a USB (thumb/flash drive) at Material Handout after you pick up your badge at Registration. The USB will contain handouts for the breakout sessions only.

Workshop Only Registrations: includes online access to the workshop presentations and handouts. A personalized login to access the digital handouts will be emailed to you prior to the conference. Printed handouts for the workshops will be provided for purchase at Registration and can be bought online prior to the conference.

Printed Handouts: To receive a printed handout booklet in addition to the online access and USB, you must purchase in advance through Registration for $25 each.
*a limited amount of Conference and Workshop Handouts will be available for purchase at the conference

OR Manager’s Night Out: LINQ Rooftop Soiree
The annual offsite party is a must-attend event at the OR Manager Conference! This year’s party will be held on Thursday, September 22 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on the rooftop of Las Vegas’s newest hotel on the strip, the LINQ. Featuring stunning views of the infamous Las Vegas Strip, complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hors d’oeuvres, and live entertainment, see Las Vegas come alive with your fellow attendees. Guests and spouses are welcome so be sure to purchase tickets for everyone making the trip to Vegas with you! Cocktail attire suggested.

Still need to purchase tickets? You can add tickets to your registration for the pre-conference discounted rate of $50. Ticket prices will increase beginning 9/21.

Where do I go?
When you arrive at Caesars Palace, your first stop will be to the OR Manager Conference Registration Desk to pick up your badge, which can be located on the Promenade Level in the convention space. You will see us just after the Verona meeting room, and just before the Milano Ballroom. But don’t worry; there will be plenty of signage leading the way!

IMPORTANT TIP: To avoid long lines on Wednesday morning when more than half of conference participants check in, pick up your badge at the Registration Desk on Tuesday, September 20th until 8:00 p.m.

Poster Sessions
The 2016 OR Manager Conference Poster Gallery will be held on the exhibit hall floor. After reviewing the posters at the conference, you will be able to login to the e-poster gallery to take a short quiz to earn additional CE credit. Login information will be emailed to you on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. Visit the Poster Gallery for more information.

Attended the 2015 Conference in Nashville? Don’t forget! You still have access to the 2015 Poster Gallery where you can earn an additional 10 CEs!

CE Certificates
On the last day of the conference you will be emailed a personalized login to download your CE certificates from the conference online, CE programs presented by exhibitors (in the exhibit hall), and AEUs.

Guests
Guests are welcome to attend the Kickoff Party on Wednesday and OR Manager’s Night Out: LINQ Rooftop Soiree on Thursday with a ticket purchase. Unfortunately, guests are not permitted into the sessions without a conference registration. All participants must be wearing an OR Manager Conference attendee badge at all times.
